How to Get Started With Private Speech and Language Therapy

Taking that first step is easier than you might think. You do not need to have everything figured out before you get in touch. That is what the first conversation is for.

01

Step 1 — A Free 15-Minute Call

No forms, no paperwork, no commitment. Just tell us a little about what is going on and we will listen, ask a few gentle questions, and give you an honest sense of whether we are the right people to help. We will also talk through what working with us might look like and answer any questions about cost.

02

Step 2 — A Deeper Conversation (if you would like one)

If you would like more time before making any decisions, we offer a paid Meet and Greet consultation — a relaxed, unhurried online conversation that goes into more depth. This is particularly useful if you are a professional wanting to discuss the clinical picture, or simply someone who wants to feel fully informed before taking the next step.

03

Step 3 — When You Are Ready

We agree together where to begin — whether that is a formal assessment, a period of therapy, or something in between. Sessions can take place in person or online, wherever works best for you.

04

Step 4 — The Paperwork

Before sessions begin we will share our terms and conditions — these cover everything you need to know about fees, cancellations, confidentiality and consent. If anything is unclear or you have questions, just ask.

No referral needed. No commitment. Just a conversation.
